Junior Unit

In our Junior Unit, the solid foundation laid in Prep is built upon, strengthening literacy and numeracy skills through explicit instruction. Using a structured cycle of teacher modeling, guided practice, and independent application, concepts are deeply understood.

Regular checks for understanding monitor progress, while worked examples provide clear models for students. As mastery is gained, independence is gradually increased, preparing students for the next stages of learning.
